      Talented team, but too many re-orgs

      -Incredibly talented digital team; an even talented UX team -Work/life balance

      Cons

      - We underwent three re-orgs in my time there. This last re-org lasted 7+ months, and the result was to eliminate 2/3 of the UX roles (from 30 to 10). There is of course a strategy behind this decision, but it is crazy to me to cut of all things the digital team in 2018... - Too big - it's hard to have ownership and gain meaning from certain projects and teams - Not all roles are valued (invited to meetings, etc), which makes it hard to contribute to the team

      Pros

      I enjoyed the team of people I worked with throughout the years. Decent benefits. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Base pay on the low end for competing companies. Grainger transitioned from people selling to focusing on checking boxes in SalesForce. Company culture has shifted from being customer/employee focused to strictly making profits (which includes cutting roles/branches).
