Pros

Decent Pay Good Benefits Market position and competitiveness Abundant Resources, Rich company Solid company to develop your professional skills

Cons

Unrealistic goals, metrics over sales Micromanagement Toxic Politics No work life balance Company uses business phone GPS to track you on the field Managers are out of touch You’re just a number- little appreciation for your work. It is my opinion that this company should not be recognized as “One of the best employers to work for” In three years if you don’t get promoted you may want look elsewhere internally or externally.

Good pay good benefits

Pros

Benefits are good, remote work is possible with some teams, lots of opportunity for advancement as they promote and hire from within whenever possible.

Cons

Inconsistencies across teams/departments on work from home policies. Also most role postings don't provide a pay scale so it's hard to understand if an internal role is worth applying for since there's no financial info.
