      They only care about themselves

      Pros

      Co-workers are about the only thing.

      Cons

      Just about everything. The company has been in a downward spiral the last 4-years. Employee turnover is incredible including new managers, directors, and even vice presidents. Company priorities are: 1. investors/stock holders. 2. customers. 3. employees. This company continually eliminates benefits. The profit sharing that was offered and helped bring on longterm employees was virtually eliminated this past year going from 21% of yearly pay to 8%. When was the last time you heard of a company charging you to attend the yearly summer picnic?

      compensation package is fair, colleagues are nice, track record of business success

      significant downsizing is taking a toll on the culture, leaders are not addressing business change fast enough to compete and win, not a good place to work at ... or join.

      Meet great people and also have a great time in Orlando. Words of advice: it's even better when you don't have to take customers.

      Cons

      Managers don't care about their employees, and they micro manages entirely too much. It's bad enough that we are having a hard time hitting these outrageous goals, but now they want you to waste time imputing information in Salesforce
