Pros

Loved the diversity of the products I could sell. Enjoyed working closely with my customers in the field.

Cons

Management is a micro-management nightmare. They track sales reps through their phones to make sure you are doing your job. They have endless "check the box" duties that don't add value to a sales call or aid in the field. The managers are unable to give support when asked. They increase sales quota's by 20-25% each year!

Pros

Good healthcare OK pay Gym on Site State of the art building Propaganda Kool AId

Cons

Company is going downhill, Closing branches, doing mass hiring, They will lie to you, I was told I was going to make 15 dollars an hour, not the case. Was told that I would be monday- friday not the case. Was told 8-5pm. NOPE! I have not had two consecutive days off in a row in months, and they will not budge. New people get extra training, extra time, and better shifts and hours. Thinking of moving up? Won't happen, they say after 16-18 months in your low level position they will CONSIDER YOU. Daily meetings where they show your score to the whole contact center, good or bad.

Pros

Nothing awful company to work for. Sales is full of idiots. If you don't hit your goal they look down upon you. They also play favorites with everyone so if you don't suck up you will have a bad time.

Cons

Track your every move. Don't support you. Give you no chance to imorove. They don't care about anything but money. Pathetic .
