Pros

Grainger is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The benefits and the care they show for their employees stand above the rest. When it comes to the workload, I believe the position is underpaid.

Cons

Although the day-to-day requirements are fairly easy to meet, the demand for sales and how to make the sales happen is a little over-expected for this role and the pay for this role. If you break it down, the commission structure is not beneficial to the employee. Yes, any commission is a plus, but it does not make sense when a $100k sale and a $1k sale get the same type of commission as commissions are goal-based and not revenue-based.
