Pros

Excellent benefits and profit sharing. Will pay you more competitively than other companies in the industry (for a reason).

Cons

Overall, it's a meat grinder. Metrics are all that matter. It's masked with "Team Member Engagement" but ultimately they don't prioritize the people. Leaders are chewed up and spit out regularly. Little room for advancement and promotions are not given based on experience and education. Performance is subjective and actual results are not recognized. If you are a leader, I would look elsewhere. In 3 years, I saw over 30 leaders fired or quit. Overall, an awful experience.

Pros

Working with a Fortune 500 company looked good on my resume. you get a manager who cares about you as an individual (if they don’t get fired for caring for you as an individual)

Cons

If you are looking for a call center culture look no further! If you’re looking for sales experience and a jump start in your sales career search else where. Only apply if you like getting micromanaged 24/7! Even if your the top seller on the team aka over 100% to goal BUT you’re not hitting your min and dials you will be on the chopping block..They tell you to learn your customers but when you do they then want you to call your costumers how they want you too... My book of business was successful after I followed their plan for success but according to Sr managers I still needed to annoy/learn mor about my customers when I already established good rapport with them. As a new seller I never felt valued at this company even though I increased the revenue in my book of business better than the last seller. I always felt I was in a neutral spot with this company with no room for growth..
