Pros

Great work/life balance. Strong salaries.

Cons

So much change that you are unable to help your customers. It is mostly putting out fires and trying to justify selling a product at a higher price with little added value over competitors.

Pros

The company & the older, tenured senior leadership is good but very much boys club centric.

Cons

The new crop of leaders needs to go. They think they know what is going on but they are horrible. They are very much junior high school clickish. They have lost a lot of key talent in the last 1.5 years. Basically since early 2015. Only the dead weight stays there, the good smart people have left or are leaving.

Pros

Good Healthcare, Hard working people. Customer focused.

Cons

Many Managers not good people leaders, promoted because of their contribution as individual contributors, because there's a ceiling to individual contributor recognition.
