Pros

Employment with a (minimal) paycheck. The company is still in business for now. 20 Words is much too many for the pros section.

Cons

Minimal pay, max raises barely above inflation even at current rates, offshoring, "leaders" focusing on the wrong metrics that will keep this company in a downward spiral, employees are only a number, corrupt HR dept., drink (chug) the kool-aid, absolutely clueless about how to keep talent, benefits are being cut without abandon, offshoring again, no real accountability for managers, hard work and dedication are disregarded, etc. etc. etc. ***If you are an individual with a mental or physical disability, look elsewhere. You will never receive consideration for being differently abled. Even if you are handling the workload of two coworkers and performing close to majority of your boss's responsibilities, it will not matter. The first time you have even the smallest request of Grainger to help you manage your disability, that has started to become unmanageable due to the extra and ever increasing demands of Grainger, you will be let go. Not before your boss and HR repudiate all your efforts to job, coworkers, and company, and accuse you of not wanting to do your job.
