Pros

Good compensation for salary employees.

Cons

Management, no work-life balance. Worked over 70 hours a week, and if you're lucky enough to have a day off you're still working from home. Also shorted my final paycheck after promising to pay full amount.

We appreciate your feedback and understand you disagree with our policies. Our Time and Attendance policy, which every team member is required to acknowledge as a condition of their employment, does state that if you do not have paid time off (PTO) accrued and available to use, your time off will be unpaid. Also as an Executive Chef, most of your job responsibilities must be completed within the community, There are very few job responsibilities that can be completed when not physically within the community. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
