Pros

As a manager you get a free meal and a free app during your shift. The benefits are good

Cons

The training has went down hill. You are expected to know everything. Even though I know enough and am able to mentor the same respect does not happen back. Your GM's are allowed to retaliate without getting into trouble. You are expected to work 10 hours minimum with NO BREAKS (good luck getting a drink of water) You will deal with hostile guests and become a person that has to break up fights and be put in dangerous situations all the time. You are always under the scope. I personally care about our staff. It is difficult to keep everyone happy though. Especially when other managers are so burnt out from long exhausting hours and don't care for the staff, guests, or the restaurant. It is a constant struggle every day and can really make someone suffer from depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

Pros

Organized, Great Management, only have to do tasks relavent to your job. I was never dreading going to work.

Cons

General manager was hard to work for and not kind at all. The regular staff managers were amazing though which matters more.

Pros

BOH people are there for each other for the most part, which is why a lot of people stick around. Pay is decent with benefits, you get a free meal per shift, some minor perks

Cons

Management needs to learn how to better work together to keep everything running smoothly. No designated place to sit and eat during break, which sometimes isn't given during frequent 8+ hour shifts. Most times you are given a heavier workload than your pay is worth
