Pros

If you like to constantly work this is the job for you.

Cons

High turnover. Work place is terrible. Poor training. Overworked. Management constantly gives empty promises. Management plays favorites. No work life balance. One of those companies that say they’re "like a family". VP constantly disregards safety concerns for client products to make yearly numbers, against QA and MFG concerns. Working every other weekend.

Pros

This is a good place to work to get experience and move on

Cons

Horrible upper management, there HR department isn’t open door, if u go to them with a problem they will come up w a reason to fire you, if they have no reason they will make it up. They have no standard procedures on how they train people , depends on who you are. Don’t waste your time here, it is like high school all over again, if anyone has a issue w you they find a reason to get rid of um. Management makes promises and they don’t go by what they say they are going to do..they play the blame game, and only give people they like or kiss butt This chance to advance or promote within the company. They have the biggest turnover I have ever seen .

Pros

At least in the early days of GRAM, you would get to wear a lot of hats and gain experience fast. With other pharma companies, entire departments would handle each individual facet of the company's business. At GRAM, they would have several departments' worth of responsibility shouldered on individuals. GRAM is to your resume as the hyperbolic time chamber is to Goku's power level.

Cons

You will not have the procedural structure found at most other pharma companies, so beware if that's the type of environment you need. GRAM also pays quite low. They always tell their employees that the pay is competitive "for the market," ignoring the fact that they are only 1-2 other pharma companies within 45min. This was made significantly more obvious once Covid hit. The ability to work remotely emphasized how much could be made elsewhere without even relocating. Finally, GRAM has terrible office politics. Entire departments are crippled by middle-schoolesque bullying and gossip. They will tell you that you are family (GRAMily, I wish I were kidding) but I think everyone has certain family members they would rather lose contact with.
