Beautiful and fun ski resort, nice employee housing, fun coworkers

Cons

Lack of training, constant turnover (even senior management), frequently understaffed, low pay and very poor communication from management

Only worth it if you need a Ski Pass

Pros

Lots of ski benefits if you are an avid skier. Other positions offer more ski time while the lifts are running.

Cons

The front desk of the hotel at the resort when I worked there was a mess. They have a really hard time retaining employees. Management does not stick around long enough to make a difference.
