Pros

Getting to work with people you can call family, lots of benefits (free ski pass, local discounts, employee shuttle, employee housing, and so much more). Targhee also has fair pay for teton valley Idaho.

Cons

Sometimes the winter weather is a little cold.

Work with cool people. Free skiing at Grand Targhee is hard to beat. Got to alternate ride breaks with coworkers.
