Pros

I was hoping to hear from the person in HR by now.Things are getting worse .Micro Management is at an all time high. We,are told that we are the Cream of the crop as far as paying what we owe. However when you cut expenses at both ends, it only creates a monetary windfall for the managers.

Cons

Human resources will not initiate any investigation at the lower level of management for an t wrong doing.

Cons

Unclear direction from leadership & feels a lot less like a close-knit group as the company becomes more corporate/outsourced. The recent layoffs included many people who were with the company for a decade or more, and how it was handled left a poor taste in the mouths of some associates that were retained. With no notice, we lost valuable members of our teams.

Poor training. New systems for work is horrible and was rolled out with too many issues. If applying ask about turn over before accepting
