      Company with favouritism and toxic culture

      Salary if you are a higher management

      Highly toxic culture, environment of fear and pretentiousness. Very high turnover of people who are just numbers there to grow the company and make more revenue. Very obvious favouritism and rather toxic competition encouraged by management and directors. Really poor diversity. Directors especially at London office location are sexist bullies. Freedom of speech is highly discouraged, otherwise HR will be already drafting a case of your dismissal. If you haven’t had anxiety, you are guaranteed to get it after working for this company for a minimum period of time.

      Pros

      This is the best company I’ve ever worked for. The people I work with genuinely care about making a difference. The CEO makes a conscious effort to raise the voices of those who make not have a voice and close diversity gaps. I feel taken seriously, valued, and heard by my team. My boss (and team) encourage a healthy work/life balance and remind me to not check email/slack on the weekends. This is a first for me! Also, unlimited PTO really does mean unlimited PTO!

      Cons

      There’s a few growing pains around growing at such a fast rate, such as process and documentation gaps.
