The people employed are overall good but management need a reality check on creating a diverse unique workplace. How a person sounds with their accent, how they look, where they are from is NOT your concern.. this is discrimination!

- disastrous Vice Presidents who think they know how to shape the business. They don’t have a clue about any of the products but think they can shape the business - Directors who hide and don’t face up to problems and challenge VPs - unrealistic expectations - hiring cheap labour - don’t listen to staff who actually work hard and know the issues being experienced and how to deliver better customer experience - more unreliable platform I have ever worked with - unhappy customers - and endless list of platform bugs
