      Pros

      If you work hard and excel in your role, you can really grow within the company either through a linear or lateral career path. They offer good benefits, unlimited PTO, free food and snacks, and the opportunity to grow in your current role as well as participate in larger company initiatives.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. It's been a great place to work.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for professional development, training, and tuition reimbursement within the company. They take pride in treating their employees like family, they care about their employees!

      Cons

      Workload is similar to a start-up, it changes from week-to-week. The week)s) that have a heavy workload demands make it difficult for a work-life balance. Staff can feel pulled quite thin at times which can make collaboration difficult.

      Pros

      Granicus is growing fast and even though that can be a stressful time, changes made are in step with the growth. Flexible work schedules. Collaborative culture. Employee empowerment.

      Cons

      Every company has complainers, especially when changes are taking place. Just seems like the complainers are extra loud at Granicus.
