It was alright before Vista took over but... After Vista took over everything went to up in flames. In the position I was in I felt like upper management and the executives saw us a nonimportant/expendable even though the team I was on was crucial to Granicus's success and they ended up pooping on our whole team. I could literally write pages on why this place sucks.. but let's just say After working at another company and reflecting on my time at Granicus its clear as day to me how much they don't value their Employees. You will literally be another gear in the machine here. Also, the HR team here was Trash and the COO Scott is Trash... Literally, ask any of their clients how they would rate Granicus the only reason they are with Granicus is that Vista has the market Monopolized. Also, the ability to advance your opportunity here is a joke. They will underpay you in WHATEVER position you apply for.
