      Pros

      This is a great company to learn, the leadership is always willing to answer your questions and provide professional development if asked. We are hiring younger people especially within the sales department so the energy is always high. Tons of smart people within the company with fresh ideas.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons really. If you are vocal about what you would like to achieve within the company and voice that with leadership they will give you honest feedback. That is all you can really ask for.

      Pros

      -Industry leading solution -Good benefits, perks and competitive salary -Many layers of sales to help identify revenue opportunities -Utilize the most updated technology to help solve challanges -Interesting solution, you feel confident when discussing it in the marketplace -They fixed a lot of problems that existed in the past....I hear stories of how the sales organization was managed and most of those issues don't exist anymore. -A very diverse work environment where everybody, for the most part, gets along and respects on another.

      Cons

      -Understaffed in some important support departments -A few too many processes to track business (but there are workarounds that can make this less time consuming) -A lot of competition with a lower price point (but lower value as well in many cases)

      - High growth environment that offers a ton of great challenges - Tons of independence in your work rather than micromanagement - Granicus fosters career development - even has a tuition reimbursement program - Great benefits overall to go along with solid work/life balance

      - If you're used to a more siloed environment where you're given direction at every turn it's not the best place
