Pros
-Got to work with (and meet) the best collaborators I've worked with in my career. -Original emphasis that each person makes a difference daily. -Great PTO benefits and ability to work remotely (depending on the team). -Company uses Slack to communicate peer to peer, which is highly efficient.
Cons
-One kaleidoscope, many different pictures. Two people can see the same thing in completely opposite ways and instruct you to do so as well. -Constant change, including small things like changing where you sit. -Teams that used to come up with innovative solutions together are being put into separate silos due to changing projects and priorities.
