      This organization has gone from compassion and caring to an environment of “ I hope I’m not fired tomorrow” - If you don’t believe me it’s OK, as it seems we’re not hiring anyway. They’re going to stretch out the current staff for as long as they can. Unfortunately people only stay here until they can find something better. Once the feeling of safety is gone in an organization and takes a long time to get it back.
