They are churning all leadership out of the company and with that comes regular employees being churned out too, so if you want stability, this place isn't for you

Atrocious leadership from the top down. CEO was dismissive and condescending. He is the arbitrator of the comp plan if that give you an idea. The sales leader is the worst I have ever encountered, and while there are some good managers it’s a blind leading the blind situation. Average sales tenure is about 15 months because of toxic leadership and other poor strategy. Lots of favoritism.
