Pros

Pay isn’t great for Denver but great opportunity to get into tech if you’re just beginning your career. Lots of different people and personalities. Manager is WONDERFUL. They really help and train you.

Cons

Mostly just the income but it might be in line with similar customer service jobs.

Pros

Great opportunities to grow as an early-career sales professional if you’re willing to do the work and put yourself out there, asking for more knowledge. The culture is relaxed, your peers are team players, and leadership supports your needs when possible. Flexible time off; great sales tools.

Cons

The pay is low. The KPIs probably need to be adjusted/re-examined.

Pros

Benefits are good. A lot of talk about work/life balance. When we are fully staffed, it's 100% true. The people are great. The mission is great. The work we do has an impact. A lot of potiential for the company.

Cons

A lot of misalignment from the top to the bottom. No consistent corporate values, not consistent messaging, no consistent way we talk about our products/services. Makes doing work difficult. A lot of uneccessary internal competition. Salaries are low. It's getting better but those who have been around have a harder time catching up.
