There is nothing good about this place anymore

Cons

All the corporate execs are in the US, but they are outsourcing most other (already underpaid) roles to third world countries for even cheaper labor. They like to call it "geographical balancing" and make it seem like diversity and inclusion, but it's clearly only about money, they couldn't care less about their employees.

Cons

Decision making is very opaque and doesn't reflect employees efforts or those with product knowledge Management doesn't listen to input from employees Very bureaucratic Offshoring skilled jobs and replacing with less skilled counterparts

Cons

If you use PTO here, you are ineligible for bonus payout. Never heard of such a bizarre rule in my entire life with almost 2 decades of experience at various tech companies.
