      - disastrous Vice Presidents who think they know how to shape the business. They don’t have a clue about any of the products but think they can shape the business - Directors who hide and don’t face up to problems and challenge VPs - unrealistic expectations - hiring cheap labour - don’t listen to staff who actually work hard and know the issues being experienced and how to deliver better customer experience - more unreliable platform I have ever worked with - unhappy customers - and endless list of platform bugs
