Cons

Toxic middle management. They say they care but then gas light you. Sales overhyped products and then they fail and then customers churn and then the blame falls on the consultant, never management though. HR only cares about management, not individual contributors Workload is insane in implementation and wealth of knowledge is NOT shared Know of 6 people who left the team after only being there for 6-9 months (were either fired or left) Made a mockery of the original UK product Terrible pay

Unlimited FTO (which I have been encouraged to use on more than one occasion) Great benefits (my mom was actually a bit jealous) Supportive team (I don’t do well with cliquey places and that’s not the vibe I get here so far - everyone is so eager to help and chat) Fair pay (I believe for my role anyway) Insane snack selection (need I say more?) Great culture (our weekly newsletter always makes me feel so proud to be here) And so on and so forth!

Cons

There’s a large learning curve for someone new to the industry, but that’s what I expected. You need to have a strong level of independence and have to be willing to train yourself and do research outside of the provided training on an ongoing basis to make sure you stay on top of things. I enjoy it, so that’s no problem for me, but it’s not for everyone.
