Granicus has a wonderful mission to promote government transparency. When I began working for the company has an amazing culture that promoted work life balance, honestly, and hard work. As a young professional, this was exactly where I wanted to be.
Cons
After the acquisition, I stayed with the company for almost a year. I believed in the mission and the company so much that I would have seen myself working with Granicus until retirement (that would have been 35 years). I quickly realized that executives no longer cared about the mission and client success. They only care about getting clients deployed ok enough to send them a bill. After another couple of months, I realized Granicus has nothing to offer me professionally. Executives do not seen to care about development of their employees, success of clients, or managing a work life balance.
