Flexible hours, but disorganized company

Pros

Flexible WFH structure with decent benefits. Salary is decent for amount of work expected.

Cons

Company is pretty disorganized. Managers are overworked and aren't able to devote a lot of time to training, so people are often thrown into their roles with little preparation.

Can learn about selling to public sector. I learned a lot but it gets stale fast and revolving door of management who don’t know the business doesn’t help. Last couple years were brutal with company missing targets

Cons

Most of leadership is checked out waiting for company to be sold….and waiting….and waiting

Pros

Decently light work load in terms of calls and daily emails. Using Salesloft was helpful and all the emails were plug and play so they didn’t take long. Onboarding was thorough

Cons

Too vast of a product. Having SDR’s punch in and out was kind of ridiculous, especially fully remote. Difficult to nail down pain points.
