It really depends what team you are on and what position you have. For my team there’s no opportunity to get promoted, especially a promotion that involves a pay increase. The yearly pay increases aren’t great either so don’t expect your pay to go up much each year. Aside from that my leadership doesn’t seem to care and I’m never clear on our team or companies because they change frequently and don’t align. At the end of the day I’m thankful to have a job though.
