      Great growth trajectory, transparent management, excellent benefits (Unlimited PTO & fully covered health care option). Many opportunities for advancement within the company.

      Pros

      The pay is fair, the benefits are good including healthcare, parental leave, unlimited PTO, and more. There are nice perks of casual workplace and free food. The best part is that we are always busy doing work that has tangible results and that the people who work here are great. The company culture is really strong. If you aren't prepared to work in a fast environment, this might not be the place for you.

      Cons

      The company is constantly growing, and there are typical growing pains, including new managers and a stressful workload. There are also some growing pains with learning to integrate new platforms and tools as we continue to grow.
