Pros

I've been with Granicus through the transition of moving the company from San Francisco to Denver, and witnessed the inevitable chaos that comes with that - employees leaving, support cases piling up, etc. But after 6 months of being in the Denver office, I'm amazed at how rapidly Granicus has returned to being a vibrant, stable workplace. The employees are nice, management is very open about the status and goals of the company, and there's room for professional growth. The 40th floor view of Denver and the entire mountain range doesn't hurt either.

Cons

Lots of employees who have been with Granicus for less than a year, which occasionally means there's not well-defined processes in place.

Pros

Benefits FTO, unplug and no meeting days. Flexibility

Cons

This company keeps acquiring companies like there’s no tomorrow. Worst yet, they dont care about those that were previously within the company shifting their entire interest to new acquired employees. It is devastating how the keep losing great employees because unfortunately they do not know how to do so. Promotions? Only if you decide to sacrifice your soul to only receive a mediocre employee performance at that year. Bonuses? It doesnt rely on how you did that year it depends on ALL departments which they promised for example 20% they end up giving 12%, humiliating.
