      A great place to work and grow

      Pros

      Leadership is attentive and encouraging of career growth. Flexibility with remote work and unlimited PTO (leadership encourages you to take whatever time you need). Lots of networking opportunity within the company to support remote workers. Paid professional development.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Lots of changes in processes without making a final decision - lack of cohesive onboarding.

      Pros

      Job security since clients are Government orgs and economic downturn doesn’t seem to affect their ability to spend. Benefits are pretty good (it’s clear they use this to justify bad compensation) Fully remote and a relatively lax culture Lots of smart and dedicated people who are there for the mission

      Cons

      High turnover in key client-facing roles roles Lack of product integration and aging technology TONS of acquisitions adding complexity to the lack of product integration Poor compensation Lots of mediocre middle management (not all of them though) Buzz words and vague strategy from upper levels
