Pros

Granicus is full of smart, hardworking and creative individuals that embrace and understand the company's vision. As an employee, I can see the positive effect that we make in our community every day. It is a company that empowers their employees to achieve top quality work with a great culture where we work hard and has fun doing it.

Cons

Granicus is a growing company and we all experience change on a weekly basis. For me, growth means opportunity, but if change scares you, or you need constant supervision, then this isn't the place for you.

Pros

The clients are great and the work they do is important. If you can focus on that and the excellent people you work with you will be happy.

Cons

There was a recent merger so it is operating as a new organization with new leadership, processes and the pains that go with it. Communication has been lacking and current leadership is very insulated.

What the company does is important - they help Government provide more impactful support to the communities they serve. It really has purpose The company is rapidly growing The cohorts are very strong and supportive. The Vista leadership is very experienced and thoughtful

Cons

It can feel like white water rafting, and you will have a lot to get done. The pace of change is fast so you don't always know the evolved strategy
