      Pros

      Some good people. Some not so good. Office is at a nice location down-town Denver.

      Cons

      No core focus. Too many products with different technology targeting a very wide range of the market. Some products have code base that are not in very good shape. Customers in this local government sector are hard to deal with and the company will always have to keep reacting to the will of the customers.

      Strong sales training and process Super responsive management Excellent products Great brand recognition Focused and strategic

      Cons

      Move to Denver from SF caused substantial turnover that impacted customer support. The brand took a hit and lots of systems changes. Many of these have been overcome and deployment/support never better. No free lunch No more Nurf gun battles

      Pros

      Supportive management, fun start-up feel, great coworkers. i have not been here terribly long yet but I have enjoyed every minute of being a Granican so far. The atmosphere is very positive and people are very supportive.

      Cons

      Longer travel time for those who may not live in the city, but relatively close to the bart or caltrain - both within walking distance.
