      I really like the people I work with and everyone does what they can to support each other.

      Cons

      Turnover is crazy high both at the rep and leadership level. Solutions are overpriced, built on outdated tech, and teams are struggling to even get to 30% of their targets. People are leaving without another job to go to, which is pretty wild in this market.

      At Granicus, you can grow your skills, learn the software business and realize your potential if you choose to.

      Don't expect merit increases to be meaningful. Getting promoted does not offer much of an increase either. Communication and company direction is inconsistent.
