Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are good. A lot of talk about work/life balance. When we are fully staffed, it's 100% true. The people are great. The mission is great. The work we do has an impact. A lot of potiential for the company.
Cons
A lot of misalignment from the top to the bottom. No consistent corporate values, not consistent messaging, no consistent way we talk about our products/services. Makes doing work difficult. A lot of uneccessary internal competition. Salaries are low. It's getting better but those who have been around have a harder time catching up.
