The job varies and is interesting. Management is always looking o make things better.

Cons

Systems and process are being updated all the time and in doing so they often cause issues that prevent you from doing simple things you did before, without real notice. The Salesforce implementation is really bad!

In the year I've been here, Granicus has made HUGE improvements across products and processes. Executive Sales Leadership (MH, AC) "get it" and are taking steps to grow and stabilize the business. Sales Leadership is incredibly engaged and communicates well. Pay is performance based (as it should be in sales) and competitive.

Cons

Growing Pains. But again, making significant progress across the board.
