– Unpredictable and unstable environment – Mass layoffs with no warning after acquisition – Employees with 3+ years of service were replaced with cheaper outsourced labor – No regard for personal or family circumstances – Leadership was unapproachable and avoided hard conversations – Calendar events are a complete mess

-I wasn't impacted in their first round of layoffs -Remote first policy is nice

Cons

-literally everything else. They acquired the company i was previously employed at and ever since it's been chaos. No processes in place, no clarity, a COMPLETE lack of transparency and now layoffs which they framed as "restructuring" Nearly a quarter of employees at my sister company were let go, with a number of international hires starting right before layoffs. Seems like all they care about is money and outsourcing wherever they can
