Pros

There are some really awesome people throughout the company.

Cons

Product leadership is less than stellar. There is no accountability, with them constantly trying to pass the blame for anything that goes wrong.

Pros

You know, the ones written by actual employees and not by the C levels or administrative staff under duress. Whenever someone writes an accurate review, they force 5 or so people to make up faux positive reviews to bury it. I can hardly blame them, though. The truth hurts. Pros - lovely coworkers who care about their job. Flexibility if you're in the right department. Wfh. Located on 16th st mall.

Cons

Where to start? We could touch on the fact that its a sea of white tech bros as far as the eye can see. Feedback from women and POC is brushed off. The manager situation is dicey. Some are good and care about their team, but many are people who have no business managing and only do so to collect a paycheck and micromanage to feel a semblance of control. Dead weight is dragged along if they're in MN. In the Denver office, if you look at someone cross-eyed, you'll be put on a 'performance improvement plan and even if you jump through all the hoops and do everything they ask-you will not pass it. Oh also work in MN if you want to be paid a living wage. The Denver employees are underpaid and the living expenses here are higher. They will deny this up and down. Its a good opportunity if you're very junior and want to get your foot in the door. Just be realistic. There are no career growth opportunities. They treat you like a child and track performance with insulting metrics and make you convince them as to why they should allow you the honor of staying employed. They were briefly implementing 'behavior bonuses' $25 gift cards to various retailers and other equally worthless garbage was offered to people in exchange for positive glass door reviews. After we understandably complained, they did away with the policy. That's right, they were trying to manipulate and bribe people to write positive reviews. That's how desperate they are. They could just make it a better place to work, but I guess that's more than they're willing to do for their employees. Keep that in mind if you apply here.

Pros

PTO Benefits and WFH 100%

Cons

Unfortunately, the biggest challenge at this company was the management style. Leadership consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for their teams, treating employees as expendable rather than valued contributors. Communication was poor, decisions were made without transparency, and constructive feedback was often dismissed. This created a toxic SRT environment where morale and motivation were low. The result was an environment where employees felt undervalued, unsupported, and demoralized, and felt sorry for the LATAM resources and how they perceived the company.
