Pros

- Autonomy - FTO is valued and encouraged - Great mission/ potential for impact - High-growth with even more growth ahead - Renewed focus on employee communications and diversity (to an extent)

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Onboarding past general company introduction is lacking - Enablement does not extend past sales, leaving other teams to do the best that they can. Unfortunately this also causes for misalignment between Sales and the rest of the company. - Headcount on non sales teams is sorely lacking making capacity as serious issue impacting turnover.

Company culture is awesome. Most employees are always ready to help each other succeed.

Cons

No director for over a year. They acquired a lot of companies and they failed to bridge the connections between different product offerings and connections. Implementation didn't know what sales was doing and vise versa
