Pros

Enjoyed my time at Granite. The team members were very helpful and I learned a lot through working on VoIP systems. They offered Hybrid schedule and enjoyed benefits of gym at the facility. My manager was the best, unfortunately, company had layoffs and I was affected.

Cons

Training could be better but you were kind of thrown in and learn as you go. Great experience!
