Pros

None - just look at all the fake posts this company forced a recruiter or intern to blast out on glassdoor in efforts to improve their image… they have no interactions but the negative ones from real people are celebrated 10x+ lmao

Cons

Worst company ever. I’m enjoying watching the failure that is Granite from afar now, their downfall gives me great joy. They’re the most toxic, outdated, grossly misleading sales company in the US possibly. Every company I ever sold their product too, i truly felt bad for the customer because I knew what their experience was going to be like compared to what farsey dream we lied outwardly pitching them. Just look up how many customers file suit against this place. Its gross negligence the lies that management will expect you to close business with. Sad, gross, & i wouldn’t suggest working here to my worst enemy

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience at Granite left you feeling this way. While this isn’t the type of feedback we hope to receive, we recognize that every perspective—positive or negative—can be a learning opportunity. We are committed to creating a culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity, and we take all claims of misrepresentation or toxic work environments seriously. Our leadership and HR teams regularly review internal practices to ensure that employees and customers alike are treated with honesty and respect. If your experience fell short of that, we sincerely regret it. We also want to emphasize that we encourage all employees, current or former, to leave honest reviews, and we welcome open dialogue to improve our workplace for everyone. We appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Occasional food, that’s basically all

Cons

More work for less pay, you’ll be given a pile of new tasks outside of your job description and meanwhile have to beg for a pay increase. When asked about increases for the cost of living, the CEO responded that we essentially don’t deserve it and many of his staff don’t deserve to be there. A clown in a nice suit

Fine...to a point

Pros

In the beginning, there is a lot of opportunity for upward growth. When you're new, it doesn't so much matter...seniority isn't something that most people care about.

Cons

The CEO explicitly has stated that he can treat employees who have been here more than 7 years however he wants because they are stuck here. There is no growth past a certain point unless you are a MAJOR gameplayer. They'll parade diverse leadership in front of you and employee groups to support diversity, but make no mistake: this is a boys club. A white boys club. You will be reminded of that by off color jokes from the CEO and the sales organization every Monday at the all company meetings. If you are a new grad, this is a good way to get a job fast...but get out before you are deemed a dusty thing to be pushed into a corner.
