      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

      College grads atmosphere, meet cool ppl

      Cons

      Low base salary. The work is absolutely boring. Managers throw projects at you that absolutely make no sense. You’re not a person here you are a number. The company has a VERY high turnover rate. Schedule is 8 to 5 and they clock your every move. If your one minute late for work your in trouble if you’re a min late from lunch you’re in trouble. Only people who make money is sales. CEO sits in meetings with new employees and acts like he cares about you when he really doesn’t. Zero flexibility, you have no work life balance. Stay away this company is trash. They don’t care about the employees who do all the work !

      Bonuses- the main reason people stay

      Cons

      Company culture centered around pleasing sales representatives. Low base pay in comparison to the industry & area. Added on work but no increase in pay for employees. Very high turnover rate.
