Pros

Collaborative team environment Competitive pay with opportunities to earn more by performance They promote from within Direct access to and transparency from senior leadership

Cons

Since they are a 24/7/365 operation sometimes you'll have to work on a bonus day off (company wide PTO earned through hitting targeted goals) but they do give you that time to use on another day,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the collaborative team environment, the performance-based earning potential, and the transparency from senior leadership. Promoting from within is a core value for us, so it’s great to know that’s being recognized and appreciated. We also appreciate your feedback about the 24/7/365 nature of our operations. We understand that occasionally working on a bonus PTO day can be a challenge, and we’re glad the flexibility to use that time on another day has been helpful. Striking the right balance is always a priority, and we’ll continue working to ensure our team feels supported and rewarded. Thank you as well for your advice to allow more time for learning systems and processes. That’s an important point, and we’re actively looking at ways to strengthen our onboarding and training resources to better support our team’s success from day one. Thanks again for your thoughtful review — we truly appreciate your insight and the value you bring to the team!

Poor Management and Lack of True Leadership

Pros

Some coworkers are great and genuinely try to do their best despite the environment.

Cons

•Management does the bare minimum and only pays attention to a select few team members, leaving others unsupported and overlooked. •Leadership talks about wanting to grow the company but offers little encouragement or strategic direction to make that happen. •Customer service and operations are disorganized and inefficient, which slows down projects to a crawl. •Overall, there’s a lack of accountability and no real effort to improve internal processes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. While it’s difficult to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations, we truly appreciate your candor — feedback like yours is critical in helping us grow as an organization. We’re glad to know you had the opportunity to work alongside team members who are committed and doing their best. That spirit of collaboration is something we value deeply, and it’s disappointing to hear you felt that wasn’t consistently supported across the board. Your comments about leadership, internal processes, and the need for more strategic direction are being taken seriously. We recognize that effective communication, accountability, and inclusive support are essential not only for individual success but for the growth of the company as a whole. While we’ve made strides in some areas, it’s clear there’s more work to do — especially in how we support all departments and team members equally. Your advice is well taken, and we are actively evaluating how we can better invest in our people, streamline operations, and ensure that every employee feels heard, supported, and empowered. Thank you again for your thoughtful input. It’s voices like yours that help drive the change we want to see.
