Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! We're thrilled to hear you see the potential to truly change your life at Granite — our commission structure, residuals, and bonuses are designed to reward hard work and success, and it’s great to know that’s coming through. We recognize that the daily grind and cold calling can be challenging, especially in a fast-paced sales environment. That said, we also believe it's those consistent efforts that often lead to the biggest wins — and we’re here to support our team every step of the way. Thanks again for your feedback — and for being a part of what makes Granite a high-energy, results-driven place to grow.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we really appreciate the thoughtful feedback. It’s great to hear you’re finding value in the uncapped commission structure, our quarterly bonus program, and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership. We’re especially glad the recent technology advancements and upgrades to our internal systems are helping enhance your day-to-day. We're also proud of our HQ amenities and are happy to hear you’re enjoying the café and 24/7 gym — we strive to create an environment where our team can thrive both professionally and personally. We hear your feedback about the CRM and time investment required to succeed. Sales at Granite is fast-paced and demanding, and we’re grateful for the drive and dedication our reps bring every day. That said, we agree there's always room for improvement when it comes to tools and lead management. Your point about cleaning up outdated and duplicate leads is well taken, and we're actively working with our operations team to improve CRM quality to better support your efforts. Thanks again for your honest input — it’s voices like yours that help us grow and get better.

Pros

-Commissions are aggressive; if you sell then you will get paid and if you sell a lot then you will get paid a lot. -Rob is a great Sales leader, communicates incredibly effectively and is very motivating when speaking to the Sales floor as a group or individually. Truly a great boss. -Value provided by Granite is real, there are real opportunities to achieve massive success in Sales if you are willing to grind to find and execute on those opportunities. -Very little WFH means people are in office, maybe a Con for those who like to WFH but a Pro for anyone who likes to work in an office bustling with activity. -More results will earn more responsibility/rights. If you are successful and if you sell with consistency, you may be granted more WFH flexibility or other perks. Truly feels like if you work hard and show results, you will be rewarded (beyond Commissions) for them. -Hard work is rewarded. Not necessarily directly, but consistently showing extra effort in staying late and/or coming in on weekends can yield a warm lead or something similar. -24/7/365 Gym and office access are incredible.

Cons

Requires lots of learning in an ever changing field.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and insightful review. We’re thrilled to hear that you've had a motivating experience on the Sales floor and that Rob’s leadership has made such a strong impact — we’re proud to have leaders who truly care about their teams and lead by example. It’s great to know that the effort and drive to succeed are paying off for you, and that you've found value in the opportunities Granite offers. We believe in rewarding hard work and results, and it's fantastic to hear you’ve experienced that firsthand. We're also glad you’re enjoying the vibrant office environment and the 24/7 access to our gym and workspace — those are just a few of the ways we aim to support our team’s productivity and wellbeing. We appreciate your note about the learning curve in this dynamic field — it's something we recognize, and we’re always looking at ways to better support ongoing development and training for our team. Regarding your feedback about PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans), that’s a fair point. We are actively reviewing our performance management processes to ensure they reflect a fair, transparent, and timely approach that supports both individual and team growth. Thanks again for your honest and thoughtful input. It helps us continue to build a stronger, more supportive workplace for everyone.
