Pros

No pros and I am being very honest

Cons

The department was messed up. Upper management didnt care at all. They knew how much work we had to do but wouldn't give us overtime. They expected us to finish the work in 40 hours every week which was impossible. Almost every employee had complaints regarding this. Pay was low and forget bout promotions. Strictly 8 to 5 and you will have to think twice before taking PTO coz the department was heavily understaffed. They wouldn't give you time to work but expected 98% accuracy. Unrealistic goals given poor n limited resources. Giving it 2 stars coz right outta college I needed a job but once I gained experience, I left.

Pros

Gives ample time to settle in before you are actually assigned to something, nice and friendly co-workers. Chances of getting fired is low once you are hired full time. No micro managing (depends on the manager though)

Cons

Very old school, tie is mandatory (M,T,W) for men even if you are not into sales. Dont use the latest cutting edge technologies. No remote work option. Very strict vacation policy. Pay is also lil less compared to market rate

Good First Job, Not a Great Place to Stay

Pros

Next to the T, has a gym, has a cafe, bonuses sometimes, can learn a lot if your dept trains well.

Cons

No real HR dept so management has last say on everything, pay raises are next to impossible, super competitive intra-dept which is fostered by management so they can crowd control better
