Pros

A recent client visit to our headquarters provided valuable external validation of Granite's internal strengths. A representative from a major national bank, themselves known for long-standing relationships, commented on the remarkable tenure of our account team, stating, 'The longevity within your team is truly impressive and a rarity in this industry and beyond.' This observation highlights the robust team environment and the avenues for professional development that contribute to employee retention at Granite. The dedication of our team stems from a shared belief in the company's mission and a strong sense of camaraderie. The personal involvement of our owner, Rob Hale, in welcoming clients further exemplifies the company-wide commitment to fostering strong relationships and valuing both our clients and our employees

Cons

Constant Innovation Means Continuous Learning. Granite is always evolving and adopting new technologies and strategies to stay ahead. This means there's a continuous learning curve, which requires a proactive approach to staying updated. While the company provides resources and training, individuals who prefer a static role with little change might find the need for ongoing learning a bit challenging. However, this focus on innovation is a huge benefit, keeping our work engaging and ensuring we're always at the forefront of the industry.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and insightful review. We truly appreciate your recognition of the strong team dynamic and long-tenured culture at Granite. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear that our commitment to employee development and client relationships is being validated not just internally, but also by our clients—especially those who hold similarly high standards. Your feedback about our fast-paced, innovation-driven environment is equally valued. We understand that continuous learning can be both a challenge and an opportunity, and we’re committed to supporting our team with the tools and training they need to thrive. Your perspective highlights the kind of growth mindset that helps drive our success. We also appreciate your innovative suggestion around real-time compensation for sales professionals. Exploring new ways to attract and retain top talent is always a priority, and we’ll be taking your idea into serious consideration as we continue to evolve our incentive models. Thank you again for your input and for being a part of what makes Granite a great place to grow and succeed.

Pros

Genuinely great co workers. Most team managers are good people and intelligent. Can gain some experience with wide range of network tech. Not much though if you arent self-motivated because there is minimal training and no path for growth

Cons

Horrible pay. Dont believe the fake positive reviews from the last few months. They laid off tons of people. Everyone working for Granite hates the company because its like the executives see the staff as peasants. No promotions. No raises. No growth path. Horrible internal systems. Everything is a constant mess. Infinite tickets. Customers hate you, hate the company. Everything from front to back in the process is messed up because we all have so much work to do that you cant do a good job. Focusing on quality of work will get you fired because youre expected to be a call center rep while being assigned a dozen tickets with no line between the amount of effort it will take from one to the next.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While it’s difficult to hear that your experience at Granite has been frustrating, we appreciate you taking the time to provide an honest and detailed perspective. We’re glad to hear that you found your coworkers and many of our team managers to be intelligent and supportive—that sense of camaraderie is something we truly value at Granite. We also recognize your point about the opportunity to gain technical exposure, and we agree that a self-motivated approach is often key in a fast-paced environment like ours. At the same time, we're deeply sorry to hear that you felt unsupported in terms of training, advancement, and overall workload. The challenges you mentioned—including compensation, internal systems, and role expectations—are taken seriously. Like many organizations, we've had to make tough decisions during times of change, but those decisions are never made lightly and we remain committed to treating all employees with respect. We’re actively working to improve internal processes, invest in better tools, and enhance training programs so that our teams can succeed and grow in their careers. Feedback like yours helps shine a light on areas that need attention, and we appreciate your candor. We know we’re not perfect, but we’re always striving to be better—for our employees, our clients, and our future.
