Leadership is supportive, training is thorough, and the path to success has been proven by many of the newer, and tenured reps, making a fantastic living. You are paid via quarterly bonuses, monthly attainment commissions and residuals. You’re surrounded by ambitious, like-minded people who want to see each other win. The income potential is substantial and absolutely real—I've seen firsthand how dedication can lead to life-changing results. Granite also is very strong in the market with a good mix of services and innovative technology that has a real place in every industry. The CEO, SVP and leadership team are always willing to not only get on calls to provide Granite's value statement but willing to fly out in person to meet with your customers and perspective companies. I've been here over 7+ years, and it's truly changed my life.

Cons

It’s not easy, and it’s not for everyone. You need to be self-motivated and ready to hustle. But if you have that drive, you’ll thrive.
