Terrible regions, most leads have been burned through. Training when I started was non existent, I've heard it has improved though. Unless you can ride a successful persons coattails or you have an existing book of business it's pretty tough. The people that make money are the ones they get free reigns to do whatever they want. Example...you have NYC as a region so anything in NYC is up for grabs....wrong. some people found niche markets such as real estate investment trusts (reits) so the guy that works those type of companies can call any1 in the country throw his name on it in salesforce and you are SOL...that just became his lead. Also don't trust everyone...I brought a deal to company but it wasn't in my territory so I was forced to split up front and get no residuals....the guy who's area it was in gets to claim residuals even though I brought the business in!
