Thank you for your review of Granite. It is fantastic that you enjoy your work environment and structure- we know that's important! While we do encourage our teammates to have that 8-5pm structure, we understand that sometimes our salaried teammates might need to work outside of that time frame during busy times or in order to best perform at their role in certain circumstances.
